At SiPhox Health, we strive to provide the best possible service, but it’s important to note that we do not offer refunds for subscription periods once a test kit has been shipped. Unfortunately, if your kit has already been dispatched, we cannot process a refund for that billing cycle, due to the nature of our product.

If your test kit has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel your membership and stop the shipment, we’re here to help. To do so, please email us at [email protected]. You can cancel your subscription and shipment at any time prior to the kit being dispatched, ensuring you won’t be charged for future subscription periods.
