What should I do if I experience delays with my sample shipment?Updated 4 months ago

If you have sent your sample but believe it has been delayed in transit, please contact us, informing us about the delay. We do our best to monitor all shipments and take proactive measurements to ensure you have a great experience!

For our Canadian Customers: If you have access to FedEx or other reliable courier services in your area, we can provide you with a new return label to expedite the shipping process. 

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by delays in shipping and will do our best to provide you with solutions and ensure your sample reaches our lab in a timely manner.
