If you need to reschedule your Collection Success call with our team, it’s quick and easy to do so. Follow the steps below to change your scheduled time:
1. Locate Your Confirmation Email
Once your call was booked, you should have received a confirmation email from us with the details of your Collection Success call. In this email, you’ll find a link to manage your booking.
2. Click the “Manage Booking” Link
Open the confirmation email and click on the “Manage Booking” or “Reschedule” link. This will take you to a page where you can view your current appointment details.
3. Select a New Time
On the appointment management page, you can choose a new date and time that works better for you. Simply follow the prompts to select a new time slot.
4. Confirm Your Rescheduled Call
Once you’ve selected a new time, be sure to confirm your changes. You’ll receive a new confirmation email with the updated details of your rescheduled call.
