How to Delete Your SiPhox Health Account

If you wish to delete your SiPhox Health account, you can now do so directly from the SiPhox Health portal. Please follow the steps below to permanently remove your account and all associated data.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Log into your SiPhox Health account:

   • Visit https://app.siphoxhealth.com/portal/profile and log in using your credentials.

2. Navigate to your Profile page:

   • Once logged in, click on your profile icon at the bottom-right corner of the page.

3. Click the “Delete Account” button:

   • When you click the button, a confirmation dialog will appear asking if you are sure you want to delete your account. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

4. Confirm your request:

   • If you’re certain you wish to proceed, click Confirm in the dialog. Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed.

What Happens After You Delete Your Account

• After confirming the deletion, you will no longer be able to access your account or any of your data.
• We will receive a notification of your request, and our team will ensure your account is properly removed from our systems.
